I haven't posted in a long time, and I'm sorry about that.  I guess I just haven't felt like there's been a whole lot to talk about, but I should still post more often.

My relationship with Annie is wonderful.

Work is good; I'm enjoying myself and I've been doing some personal training as well.

My family is happy and healthy.

Christmas was really nice.

See, there's not a whole lot to talk about when life's going well.

Oh, I did get a chance to hang out with Damian the other day.  We swam together in college, and I haven't seen him since my EIU days.
